A Reset Flow for the Modern Body

REBOOT™ is a guided movement reset system built around four phases: RESET, REACTIVATE, REINFORCE, and INTEGRATE. Together, they help calm the system, turn key muscles back on, prepare better movement, and reconnect the body as one coordinated whole.

RESET

Calm the system.

Calm the nervous system, reduce guarding, create better sensory input, and prepare the body to move. Tools may include breathwork, positional resets, gentle oscillations, and optional SMR.
