Phase 01Down-regulate

RESET

Calm the system.

Calm the nervous system, reduce guarding, create better sensory input, and prepare the body to move. Tools may include breathwork, positional resets, gentle oscillations, and optional SMR.

REACTIVATE

Flip the switch.

Wake up dormant or under-recruited stabilizers — glutes, deep core, rotators, postural muscles — so the body remembers how to support itself. This is not 'mobilize.' Reactivate is about bringing muscles and control back online.
